We pride ourselves on staying true to traditional methods of production that we were taught by the late Robbie Slape.
To this day, we still use traditional mincers, rather then emulsifiers to produce a consistent, coarse cut, quality product. As a family business, we highly value our loyal staff, some who have been with us for nearly 30 years.
